Mr. Puneet is a lawyer/ legal specialist heads the legal matters of the company, agreement drafting, liasoning works, approvals from the authority, legal compliances of the company. He holds a law degree from MDU Rohtak in the year 2011 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana in 2011.

He has been practicing law in India since 2011, and was involved in advising the clients, handling arbitration cases related to Commercial Contracts, Collaboration Disputes, Contractual Disputes, Construction Agreements, Service Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements Supply Contracts, Marketing Agreements, Sale Agreements, Land Acquisitions and Banking & IPR etc.

He also focuses on vertical agreements and competition compliance programmes. He advises various companies on potential competition risks with dealer/ distributor/ supply/ procurement agreements, imposition of vertical restraints and actual market conduct with business partners.
