Mr. Kirti Bhusan Bansal 

Mr. Kirti Bhusan Bansal is a highly experienced infrastructure and contractual dispute resolution expert with more than 55 years of professional experience in civil engineering, public infrastructure, project management, and arbitration. He holds B.E. and M.E. degrees from the reputed University of Roorkee and retired as Chief Engineer from the Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department (UP PWD) after serving the Government of Uttar Pradesh from 1970 to 2006.

He is a Member of The Institution of Engineers (India), Indian Roads Congress, and International Council of Consultants, and is empanelled with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) as Dispute Review Expert (DRE), Member/Chairman of Dispute Review Boards (DRB), and Arbitrator. He is also a Chartered Engineer (India).

Mr. Bansal possesses extensive expertise in infrastructure contracts, PPP projects, bid process management, contract administration, project execution, and dispute resolution. He has advised Government authorities, regulatory bodies, multinational corporations, and multilateral institutions including the World Bank, ADB, and other development agencies on infrastructure, regulatory, and contractual matters across various sectors.

His core experience includes drafting and vetting of concession agreements, EPC contracts, BOT/BOOT/DBFOT project documents, project due diligence, contract negotiations, claim management, risk allocation, bid process advisory, and arbitration support. He has been actively involved in project conceptualisation, documentation, contract finalisation, and management of complex contractual and arbitration matters relating to large infrastructure projects in India.
