Charan Singh

Mr. Charan Singh is a Civil Engineer with more than 12 years of professional experience in infrastructure consultancy, construction supervision, technical evaluation, contract monitoring and quality assurance services across highway, building and public infrastructure projects. He has been associated with assignments executed under various contract structures including PPP, HAM, EPC and Independent Engineer/PMC frameworks, thereby gaining practical exposure to contract administration and technical compliance requirements in large-scale infrastructure projects.

During his association with various projects involving organizations such as Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Punjab Mandi Board, Punjab Heritage & Tourism Promotion Board, CGEWHO, MPRDC and highway projects under PPP/HAM models, he has been involved in review of technical documents, project specifications, drawings, construction methodologies, measurement verification, quality control processes and progress monitoring.
