Mr. Pramod Seth is an infrastructure and dispute resolution professional with over 23 years of experience in advisory, arbitration, contract management, and Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, MBA, LL.B., qualified Insolvency Professional (IP), Registered Valuer (RV – Securities/Financial Assets), and holds specialised qualifications in Information System Audit (ISA) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

He has extensive expertise in highways, EPC, BOT, and HAM projects and has advised organisations including the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), Government departments, concessionaires, contractors, and private sector clients on financial, contractual, and arbitration matters. He is empanelled with NHAI as Team Leader for bid advisory assignments, review and finalisation of contract documents, and project financial models.

Mr. Seth Specialises in financial modelling, bid evaluation, contractor claim assessment, PPP advisory, arbitration support, contract dispute management, and preparation of Statements of Claim (SOC). He has represented clients before Arbitral Tribunals and is also acting as Contract Expert in high-value infrastructure arbitration matters involving claims exceeding ₹500 crore.
